維修保養(yǎng)是恢復(fù)工程機(jī)械性能，延長其使用壽命的有效手段。對(duì)機(jī)械定期進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)能夠使機(jī)械經(jīng)常處于完好狀態(tài),隨時(shí)可以啟動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)或出車,不致因中途損壞而停機(jī)，在使用過程中不致因機(jī)件事故而影響安全或行駛，因此一定要對(duì)機(jī)械定期進(jìn)行檢查保養(yǎng)。

1、目視檢查：起動(dòng)機(jī)車前應(yīng)進(jìn)行目視檢查。檢查是否有機(jī)油、燃油和冷卻液泄漏，是否有松動(dòng)的螺栓和螺母，電氣線路中是否有電線斷裂、短路和電瓶接頭松動(dòng)，是否有油污，是否有民物積聚。

2、起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)后檢查鳴笛與所有的儀表是否完好，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的起動(dòng)狀態(tài)、噪聲與尾氣顏色及是否有機(jī)油、燃油和冷卻液泄漏。
